Secondly, we will further enrich the existing product structure, focus on basic product development, fill in gaps for products such as locks, orders, sets, double needles, and curved seams, and continuously optimize the new Shanghai manufacturing model of "two ends in Shanghai" for research and sales management and "middle out" for production and manufacturing; In terms of foreign investment, overseas mergers and acquisitions focus on the European region and emerging industries, scientifically analyze, seize opportunities, and make precise efforts to solidify the leading position in the intelligent sewing equipment manufacturing industry. Domestic investment mainly focuses on upstream and downstream markets, strengthens the supply chain integrity of parts processing and casting production, and takes substantial steps towards investing in the construction of a butterfly shared factory; In terms of internal control management, we always adhere to the legal and lawful operation of listed companies, emphasize seriousness in institutionalized rules, reasonably authorize and support business development based on effective internal control, strictly implement ISO9000 in production management, do a good job in product certification, testing and other quality control work, make better use of digital means such as ERP and MES systems, replace auxiliary manual labor with automation and intelligence, use intelligent manufacturing thinking to further reduce costs and increase efficiency, promote steady improvement of enterprise economic benefits, and promote ESG management.
